Last year you heard Susan Shald from Gallup deliver a message on Strengths-Based Leadership. At our June meeting she will help us learn how to “Capitalize on The Role Human Behavior Plays in Everything”. She will share how Gallup’s microeconomic model was designed for optimizing your organization.
The Gallup Microeconomic Path is a framework for harnessing human potential to accelerate your company’s performance. Gallup’s consultants leverage their knowledge of this path to help you address the right steps in the right order, improving the way your organization operates. With proven links to productivity, customer engagement, quality, retention, safety, and profit. Gallup’s unique employee engagement approach blends strategic analysis with practical steps and advice to change how leaders view their work, their employees, and their customers. The best-led organizations know that the most direct path to individual, team, and organizational improvement begins with a primary investment in their employees’ greatest talents. The key is to discover what’s naturally right with people, then build on it.
