11:15 a.m.—11:30 a.m.: Registration
11:30 a.m.—Noon: Lunch
Noon– 1:00 p.m.: Presentation

Karen Lum, K. Lum Consulting

Karen Lum is the owner of K. Lum Consulting. As a “Business Co-Pilot”, Karen supports leaders who are growing or elevating their businesses and teams. Her services include one-on-one business coaching, facilitated planning sessions, employee training and program development & implementation.

With 20 years of facilitation experience, her training clients include non-profit organizations, small and large businesses and several luxury service and high-end brands. Karen’s training curriculum is interactive and based on actionable content, designed to create lasting impacts on team culture and business success. 

As a graduate of the University of Washington, Karen has a diverse and intriguing career history. From cutting her customer service chops in the cruise industry to immersing herself in non-profit training and life skills programs for pubic schools and high-risk youth populations. She has designed and led trainings for companies such as, Continental Airlines, Charles Schwab and Nextel Communications. Prior to starting K. Lum Consulting in 2013, Karen spent 9 years as an executive at Moonlight Basin Resort, cultivating the service culture that became part of the company’s brand promise. 

To make a reservation, please click on the "Reservations" tab on the website, then search for the appropriate meeting date.  The location requires a 48 hours confirmation of attendees for catered events; therefore, reservation links are active two weeks prior to the event and close the Monday prior to the event.  Also, let us know when you RSVP if you will need any accommodation.

RSVPs help the GVHRA board, presenter, facility and caterers to accommodate all attendees.  Members who make a reservation and DO NOT attend will be charged.  Additionally, copies of presentation materials and food may not be available for those who do not RSVP.
