    Presentation Description:

Company culture can be defined as a set of shared values, goals, attitudes and practices that characterize an organization. "The way we do things around here" In this discussion we will talk to leaders from a variety of companies representing a remote workforce, healthcare, retail, and the construction industry to find out what works, what doesn’t and how the pandemic has shifted things.  Our goal is to bring new ideas to your organization and get you thinking about how you can address concerns and improve your own company culture.
