Presentation Summary:
Turnover and burnout among professionals illuminate a serious gap in our understanding of true resilience — something that lies beyond grit and piecemeal strategy. Lorca Smetana offers an accessible and organic model for evaluating robustness and fragility and gives hands-on tools to address ongoing stress and resist anxiety, apathy, and isolation. We can clearly map where we are drained, where we are filled, what the balance is, and how to move beyond resilience debt.
