Employers today face increasing uncertainty about how to respond when law enforcement or federal agents visit the workplace. What are your rights? What are your responsibilities? And how do you protect your employees, customers, and organization in the moment?

In this timely and informative session, Ita Killeen and Carol Thompson with Bienvenidos a Gallatin Valley will lead a practical session on Constitutional 4th Amendment Rights in the Workplace and how these rights apply if law enforcement or federal agents visit or request access to your workplace.

Participants will gain a clearer understanding of:

    • How 4th Amendment protections apply in workplace settings
    • What employers and managers can (and cannot) do when agents arrive
    • How to plan ahead and prepare your workplace

Whether you’re an HR professional or business leader, this session will help you plan ahead to reduce risk and ensure your organization is prepared to respond appropriately while upholding constitutional rights and maintaining a safe, respectful workplace.
