GVHRA Cooking Class Registration Form

    To attend the GVHRA Cooking Class - please complete the following form.

    NOTE:  To ensure accurate billing, please complete a separate registration form for each attendee in your party. 
     

    This event has limited seating.  GVHRA will close the registration once we reach 25 attendees so please RSVP early. 

    The total cost of the event is $40; however, PayneWest is covering 1/2 of the ticket cost so your fee is only $20. Thanks PayneWest for sponsoring this event for GVHRA!
    **Once you complete the registration form a confirmation page will appear. If you are interested in paying for your registration electronically via PayPal, please select the appropriate payment rate and click "pay now." This will take you to the PayPal website where you can make your payment electronically. All other transactions (ie cash, check or invoicing) will be handled through the GVHRA Treasurer.
