The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), owned and operated by the Gallatin Airport Authority, is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Director of Human Resources position.

The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Human Resources & Training Officer and provides direction and tactical Human Resources support to the Authority; oversees the Authority's Human Resources Department and staff; ensures effective and compliant human resources policies, programs, and practices; directs talent acquisition/recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development/management; oversees compensation and payroll functions and systems; develops and conducts human resources-related trainings; drives employee engagement and manages engagement programs; oversees benefits compliance and administration; directs and oversees employee relations and leave administration; implements, manages, and audits human resources programs and systems and makes process improvements. This position exercises independent discretion throughout the major duties/responsibilities.
