Purpose: Enhance participant understanding of being flexible in one's leadership style.
Process: Provide concepts through presentation and discussion; Provide application through reflection, planning and exercises
Content – participants will learn: What “leadership flexibility” is and why it’s important; Three key skills of flexible leaders; Diagnosing “readiness” and traps to avoid; Two categories of leadership behaviors and four primary styles to use; Flexing to match the appropriate leadership style with the employee’s “readiness”; Collaborating with employees to increase leader effectiveness
