Presentation Description:
What the heck…why do you do things that way? Understanding and leveraging
our differences.
Healthy human connections power organizational success. Whether it’s crafting vision,
debating strategy, coordinating tactics, serving customers, or building widgets on the front line,
colleagues working well together (or not) shapes culture, dictates progress, and significantly
impacts organizational results. A common barrier to positive results and a healthy culture is a lack of understanding of and appreciation for the different behavioral and communication priorities that we each bring to the workplace.
To deepen your understanding of these differences, this fun and interactive session will introduce you to the concepts of Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst. These concepts will help you understand your natural behavioral style and the interpersonal priorities of other styles. Used effectively, this information enables the leveraging of strengths, improves communication, reduces conflict, and enhances collaboration and teamwork. Whether you are new to DiSC or a long-term afficionado, this session will offer useful insights and actionable take-aways.
