Presenter Bio:
As principal and owner of Routefinder Consulting, Ellie is a skilled mental health clinician, a systems-oriented change-maker, and an invested collaborator with individuals, organizations, and communities in the pursuit of wellbeing. Her trauma-informed approach is rooted in the importance of how relationships are critical for our success (and our healing). She holds some simple truths: we are all doing the best we can, there is always opportunity for growth, and our past is not our destiny.
