Hear from 5 panelists representing 4 organizations that provide social and behavioral health services to the Big Sky Community. They will introduce the resources available to our community to assist businesses and human resources departments in improving the overall well-being of our workforce.
About each of the panelists:
Sarah Gaither Bivins is the Director of the Big Sky Community Food Bank/The HRDC of Big Sky. She also serves on several committees including Big Sky Chamber, the Big Sky Housing Trust, the Big Sky Chapel, SNO, Navigator Network and Gallatin Refugee Connections.
Allison Bradac, Executive Director of Wellness in Action (WIA). Responsible for the overall wellbeing and health of the organization to provide affordable counseling and mental health services to the community who lives and works in Big Sky.
Kiernan McCarthy, Program Manager of Wellness in Action (WIA). Her responsibilities surround the development and implementation, and the collection of important data and research to support and execute the organization’s programs.
Eileen Coil, Recreation and Wellness Manager at the Big Sky Community Organization (BSCO). Eileen organizes outdoor community recreation activities and indoor BASE fitness and wellness classes. She participates in the Behavioral Health Coalition and cares deeply about this community she’s called home since 2011.
Shannon Steele, Yellowstone Club Community Foundation, Behavioral Health Program Officer. Shannon is the coordinator/convener for the Big Sky Behavioral Health Coalition which was formed in 2020 to address the complex behavioral health issues in Big Sky. She will be speaking on behalf of Be Well Big Sky – a collaboration between the community-led Navigator Network and the Big Sky Behavioral Health Coalition.
